Foremans offers a complete range of building services installations from simple basic lighting and small power installations for a small office through to fully serviced surgical wards, which comply fully with the requirements of the NHS Building Notes and Health Technical Memoranda.

However complex the requirement, we can deliver your portable modular building from commercial catering kitchens, to fully serviced laboratories and raised modular floors that are flood wired for a high tech office environment.

All aspects of the building services installation can be provided, including:

• electrical mains power installation
• small power distribution together with sub boards
• lighting design and installation and the appropriate switching
• emergency lighting where required by Building Regulations
• lightning protection assessment and installation
• electric heating
• fire alarm systems and links to centralised controls
• domestic water installation, locally or centrally
• central heating system installation
• system controls
• sanitaryware and plumbing, and above ground drainage.

Whether carried out directly by our own staff or by specialist sub contractors, the design, installation, testing and commissioning of services is monitored under the close control of Foremans’ project management.

On handover of each modular building project, the building services will be supplied with full manufacturers’ details of the equipment supplied as part of the installation.
