Our Promise to You
An industry first, our Charter promises that in the unlikely event that the agreed completion date is not achieved, we will refund 1 per cent of the contract value for every week a project is delayed up to a maximum of 5 weeks.
For projects where our contract value is in excess of £500,000, we will refund a full £5,000 for every week late, up to a maximum of £25,000*.

An Unrivalled Track Record
Analysis of Foremans' performance over the last three years has shown that we have successfully completed 99 per cent of our projects on time and on cost.
This performance is in sharp contrast to industry figures released by Constructing Excellence which showed that just 63 per cent of projects delivered were on budget, and only 45 per cent were completed on programme (source: UK Industry Performance Report 2011, Constructing Excellence/Glenigan).
Foremans Customer Service Performance
Foremans scored 94 per cent for service and building quality in our last 200 customer satisfaction surveys, and 100 per cent of our customers said they would recommend Foremans' buildings.
More than 80 per cent of Foremans' business is from past customers - another significant endorsement of our outstanding customer service and accommodation solutions.
