The simplest way to buy your modular or temporary portable modular building or cabin is to purchase it outright. Foremans will set out clearly, at the time of preparing your quotation, the payment terms for an outright purchase.

For modular buildings these payment terms are staged from the point of order, through delivery, to final hand-over of the building. This gives you the customer absolute clarity about the timing of payments and provides you with the maximum time to make arrangements to ensure that the funds are available, when payment becomes due.

For cabin sales there is usually a single payment, which is normally required before the dispatch or release of the unit from our premises.

When payment is due we will issue a VAT invoice which will clearly state the sum due and when payment is required.

The ownership title in the temporary or portable modular building passes to the client upon the receipt, by Foremans Relocatable Building Systems Ltd, of the final payment due.
