Ensuring the Safe Removal of your Modular Building 

The dismantling of buildings is classed as demolition under the CDM legislation and you, the client, have legal responsibilities under the legislation to ensure that the work is done safely by a competent contractor.

With our fully trained in-house site teams, we can dismantle and remove the largest modular buildings and in full compliance with all aspects of health and safety and CDM regulations, giving you complete peace of mind.  Our safety record is exemplary.

If you have a building for sale simply submit the building enquiry form to us and we will then: 

 
• contact you to discuss your building and make viewing arrangements
• visit your premises and evaluate your building
• send you our purchase offer in writing
• upon acceptance we will pay a deposit and provide you with our health and safety documentation
• agree a programme for removal of the building
• collect the building to the agreed programme
• pay the balance of the building to you in full
