Upgrade and expansion of office accommodation

Requirement :
Sheppee International urgently needed to increase its office accommodation at Elvington near York, in order to meet the engineering company's rapid expansion.
Solution :The building was delivered by Foremans from its original site near Warrington, and consisted of 14, 12m x 3m, steel-framed modules that provided a total approximate floor area of 502 sqm over two storeys.
Facilities included a reception area, glass partitioned offices, internal and external staircases, male, female and disabled toilets, and a kitchen area.
The building was installed onto previously prepared foundations and was erected over a two-day period.
